Xavier High and Appleton West Rotary Club hosting their second annual COTS fundraiser

Concert for COTS

Xavier High School and the Appleton West Rotary Club will sponsor the Community Outreach Temporary Services second annual Fundraiser, a Concert for COTS, Inc. on Thursday, May 6 at 7 p.m. at the Xavier Fine Arts Theatre.

Our event this year is a spectacular musical revue entitled And The Tony Goes To ... featuring Tony award winning hits from Broadway, performed by the dynamic Knights on Broadway vocal troupe of St. Norbert College. This evening performance is being given to support COTS and their mission to ending homelessness in the Fox Valley.

Tickets will be available from four outlets: Heid Music, 308 E. College Ave., Appleton; Xavier Business Office, 1600 W. Prospect Ave., Appleton; Carpenter, 123 E. Main St. Little Chute and Island Music, 858 Fox Point Plaza, Neenah.

COTS Inc. is a transitional shelter program for homeless men and women. The program offers temporary shelter and living skills training to each resident as they reshape their lives in a positive direction. COTS was founded in 1997 by the late Rev. Orville Janssen.

Today, COTS assists up to 58 homeless men and women daily.
